The problem

Every group has the same month-end ritual: two entities, one difference, and a fortnight of emails between people who have never met.

What we built

One interface in which both sides of a mismatch see the same figures and resolve them together. Anything still open escalates on a group-wide agreed protocol, not on the last day of the close.
