The build

What the problem was, and what we did about it.

The problem

The IFRS 2 calculation is complex enough that head office owns it, turning head office into a queue every business unit needs to wait in.

What we built

An application in which a business unit enters its own values and receives its budgeted expense and monthly journal, with the audit log and the exports, never handling the model themselves.
