The problem
ESG reporting needs a number from every site for every KPI, every period, with the evidence to back it, and the people who have it are at the meter, not at a desk.
What we built
A structured ingestion and monitoring engine: each site captures its KPIs on a schedule, with a photo of the meter or the item taken on a phone where physical verification is needed; each capture is reviewed and approved; policies and evidence live in one repository; and the dashboard shows progress towards every target by site and period. Oversight that the reviews and approvals happened, across all sites and all KPIs.
