Optional Support Package

$400 / month

  • 5 hours of our experts' time per month
  • Bug fixes, “how-do-I” questions, or minor enhancements
  • Time used in 15-minute increments
  • Cancel any time with 30 days' notice

This package is entirely optional - you still own and operate your technology. Hours do not accumulate monthly.

Answers to common questions about our pricing and services.

Do you offer support/ongoing assistance?
Absolutely - support is available on request. We design our solutions to be entirely transferable, which is why we do not mandate any ongoing assistance fee. If you would like ongoing assistance, we offer a retainer package of $400 per month, which entitles you to 5 hours of our time per month (does not accumulate). This can be used for general queries, bug fixes or minor improvements/tweaks.
Can I purchase additional support hours?
Absolutely. If your team needs more than 5 hours in a given month, extra time is billed at the same $100/hr rate. You can add hours on an as-needed basis.
How long does implementation take?
Most core builds wrap up within 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity and your team's turnaround on feedback and IT setup. We'll give you a tailored timeline as part of your kickoff.
What's included in the once-off license fee?
The once-off license fee gives you full ownership/control over your solution (for internal use only) and includes implementation and custom configurations for your company's brand.
What if I want additional customisations/features to be added to the solution?
We offer custom configurations at a rate of $100 per hour. You can use our time to configure the solution however you please.
How are your bespoke service offerings priced?
We typically charge the same model as defined above, but charge additional hours for the bespoke elements of the app which are not already included in our other service offerings. For example, our other service offerings include a report generator - this will not be viewed as an additional configuration unless we need to make significant changes to the functionality of the feature/screen.
