These Terms of Use & Privacy Notice (“Terms”) apply to the website https://appventure.tech (the “Site”). By browsing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept the Terms, please exit the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Appventure Developer House (Pty) Ltd, trading as Appventure.

2. What these terms cover

The Site is an informational brochure describing our solutions and providing a channel for you to contact us. It is not a software-as-a-service platform; no purchases or user accounts are created online.

3. Permitted use

• View, download for caching, or print pages for legitimate, non-commercial use.
• No copying, republication, scraping, data-mining or automated access tools.
• No attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or disrupt the Site.

4. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, code and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Appventure and protected by law. Our tag-line “Buy tech once - own it forever” is our trade slogan. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. No professional advice

Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. Always obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on any information.

6. Privacy & POPIA compliance

We collect only the details you submit via the contact form (name, e-mail, phone and message) in order to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, to negotiate or perform a contract.

• No cookies or analytics are set.
• Data is stored on secure Microsoft Azure servers in South Africa.
• We do not sell or rent personal data; it may be shared with trusted processors under confidentiality.
• Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) you may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Contact: roger@appventure.tech.
• Records are retained only as long as necessary for the above purposes and any legal obligations.

7. Third-party links

External links are provided for convenience; we have no control over their content and accept no liability for them.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the Site but cannot guarantee it is free of bugs, viruses or vulnerabilities. Use suitable antivirus and network safeguards.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no express or implied warranties, including accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appventure will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Appventure harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by South-African law. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa (Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg) for disputes.

13. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will stay in force.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Appventure regarding the Site and supersede all prior communications.
